Confession.
Saturday before last I relapsed. I’d been out at a party and a few of us went to McD’s. I totally freaked out… And I purged it up. Since then I’ve been taking a bit of a break from the weight loss. Just to get in the right head space. I’ll still be blogging though :) And hello new followers! <33

My goals:
Workout for 30-60 minutes a day, 6 days a week, even if it’s just gentle exercise. Combine cardio with strength training.
Eat something fresh in every meal, fruit, veges, or the like. Limit processed food.
Have a nutritious breakfast, every morning.
Drink at least one cup of green tea a day, and consume enough water.
